Cottages Facilities.
WIFI is provided throughout the cottages and outside area at the rear of the cottages.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the cottages
Kitchen:
Electric hob, double oven, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, Fridge and microwave.
A highchair can be provided on request.
We will also provide: a starter pack with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand wash and black bin liners. There is a welcome tray with tea & coffee, milk and sugar for your arrival.
You must provide: replacement of the above items when depleted, personal toiletries and all other food items.
Freezers:
The Middleton and Faulkner each have a full-size freezer.
The Woodman and the Tudor have a shared chest freezer located in the laundry.
An Ironing board and iron, along with cloths drying racks are also provided.
Lounge:
Smart TV and Blu-ray / DVD player.
Bluetooth enable radio speaker.
Several board games including Monopoly and Scrabble.
The Middleton & Searle have electric fires in their fireplaces.
Bedrooms:
Bed linens, bath towel and hand towel are provide for each guest.
There is a hair dryer in every bedroom
A cot can be provided on request.
Bathroom:
A starter pack of loo rolls is provided along with hand wash, and a bath mat.
Pets:
Pets accommodated by arrangement with the owner and for a fee of £20 per pet per week or £10 for a short break. There is no charge for guide dogs.
Outdoor Space:
There is a large open communal area of lawn behind the cottages. This is to be enjoyed by all the guests. Pets and small children will need supervision.
The Searle has it’s own private garden with hot tub and is fully enclosed for pets to enjoy.
Laundry:
There is a shared laundry on site for all our guest to use if needed. Additional drying rack can also be requested if needed during your stay.
